This is a rare Euphonon dreadnought which came up for sale on ebay. The owner, John had this to day about his instrument:

“This is my mothers guitar she bought new in 1934. She never got the hand of playing and it has been in our family ever since. Guitar is totally original and has original leather covered case and neck cord. I believe these are the original strings too! This was purchased at Pitek Music Store in Chicago, on Wilwaukee Avenue. Not far from where she was made. The only defect I see is the saddle on the bridge is cracked, which I understand is no big deal.”
