I like the idea of the first design, but the width of the header needs to match the width of the content. It would also look better as a variable width centered , with the header&#039;s navbar background&#039;s width set to 100%.

#2 looks pretty good, but has too many columns. I highly recommend that you find the e-book &quot;Save The Pixel&quot;; in fact I could probably email you a copy. A page with too much content is too overwhelming for viewers - they will be more likely to just pass over stuff. Keep it simple.</description>
