Tony built a 19"Prairie State for me with koa back and sides. It is one spectacular guitar - in sound, playability, and esthetics.
I've owned a great old Maurer for many years and I can testify that Tony's art, craft, and work is the best that you could find anywhere today. What's more, his guitars are currently exceptional bargains in the world of custom lutherie.

Dear "christian". Didn't your mother teach you that it doesn't make you look big to make others look small? My brother Carl and I and the entire Larson family know exactly who you are. Remember, we Larson Brothers simply let the quality of our work do the talking. We never would have wasted our time making others look bad. Do the world a favor and spend more time making the best instruments you can and less time using fake names to bash people. Do unto others, please. Let you work speak for itself... Sincerely, Auggie Larson... (You might have picked up on it, but this isn't actually August Larson. I am a guitar player that owns Larsons that has seen this identical writing style bashing other builders for no apparent reason. It is pathetic. Let your work speak for itself. You will go through life much happier and healthier, I promise.)
