I had the opportunity to participating last year at the Beppe Gambetta's flatpicking workshop in Slovenia last August,and he was the 2nd instructor there. We jammed together 2-3 times and all i have to say is that he was very creative and had a big,clear tone.After playing together some tunes above 130bpm,i felt that my fingerboard would tear appart in two pieces!For him it was soooo natural! But it wasn't only the speed thing;he is really a great picker. Best, Yiannis Steve’s a great guy,instructor and a *monster* picker!
