Today we have 2 lovely shots taken by Phil Burt from the flatpick-L list. Phil has used a long view over seven guitars made by Bill Thompson. The tones and exposure are subtle and I quite like the slightly busier background filled with traditional objects!

Here, Phil’s great shot of the banjo player has a degree of tension due to the wall- cutoff. The implied off screen action and image is a powerful technique used but artists- for guitarists, Grit Laskin is the best example!
